Gap between Vegeta SSJ ( Androids Saga ) and Imperfect Cell

Clearin and I were talking about this a few days ago. I think they're extremely close, given how Vegeta was amazed at Cell's power and Cell was similarly surprised at Vegeta's strength.

Imperfect Cell: 3.6

Yea I think they are fairly close, with Imperfect Cell being stronger of course.
Imperfect Cell is a huge ki power to Vegeta SSJ, though Kuririn also considered Tenshinhan and Yamcha's ki huge, so I'd not take such comment at a face value. The issue is, Vegeta grouped Cell with Kamiccolo and said he's been surpassed left and right, that is Imperfect Cell [Ginger Town] > Vegeta SSJ. But when Cell senses Vegeta on the move, he's suddenly somewhat worried and notes that he will have to hurry up. That is, Vegeta is at least relevant to Cell, so I would not have that much of a gap between them. I'm going with 1.15x, i.e, Vegeta SSJ being 87% of Imperfect Cell, which is fair enough.

Vegeta SSJ is 87% of Imperfect Cell and the latter is 85% of Kamiccolo [Weighted]... seems pretty good.
I have Vegeta SSJ ~ Future Androids, so this fits pretty well with Cell wanting far exceed them to absorb them, since they're at ~87% of Cell, that is, Cell cannot take the two at once, but is stronger than each of them.

Cell should still be a bit above vegeta, thats linked with goku saying he cant beat him and vegeta being fsirly close to goku imo.
But cell still thought vegeta as a threat (either because he would drag out a fight or he didnt want to be detected)

That settles it, then. Goku is just barely behind Vegeta, yet he believes he can't beat Cell. At worst, Cell and Vegeta are equals, but Cell should never be inferior.
Anyhow, I've always had Cell at a decent advantage, all things considered.

Vegeta is at 90% of Cell.
It's more about what he isn't basing Cell's power on. Which is the power Cell would have had 3 days ago. Just because Goku doesn't know Cell's current power doesn't mean his default expectation is Cell's previous power.Kamikaze Pyro said:
