Gap between Young Piccolo Daimao and Tenshinhan at the 23rd?

Tenshinhan was capable of putting up a decent fight against Weighted Goku. So, we know that he should be stronger than Young Daimao at the very least.

What's the gap?

Around 1.25x at best. Tenshinhan held Goku's power from 3 years ago still in high-regard and he wasn't really speed-blitzing weighted Goku, whose speed hasn't changed that much from 3 years ago, that badly either.

Would Tenshinhan hold Post Water Goku in such regard if he was virtually 2x stronger than him?

Tenshinhan can't be that much higher than Piccolo Daimao, I think.

He even says he's surprised Goku was able to go so far above his power from 3 years ago and that Tenshinhan was fighting on-par with weighted Goku, as far as pure-power goes and he didn't speed-blitz weighted Goku either once he went all-out in speed. Goku was still able to block and such, you can say Tenshinhan wasn't going for the KO-blow just yet, but still.

Tenshinhan said Goku managed to go so far above his strength of three years ago and was matching his strength, so I'd say there's a pretty considerably gap, like 1.2x.
