Gap SSJ3 Goku/Fat Buu

This is the Fat Buu that fought Goku, regardless of whether you believe he powered up again before splitting.
Do you take Goku's tanking feat seriously? Was Buu using full effort?

Fat Boo is 75% of Goku IMO. The fact is Goku tanked the punch and Fat Boo was surprise because Goku is fun that's it. Fat Boo probably knew that he can do better than that hence he wouldn't be frighten if Goku tank his signature.

Fat Boo had no problem keeping up with Goku. And while his regeneration prevented him from taking damage from any of Goku's hits, he made Goku work pretty hard to have a minor advantage.

Fat Boo should be strong enough to where Goku cannot beat him with even moderate difficulty. It should be a slobberknocker, but not to the point of Goku and Pure Boo's fight.

A smaller advantage in Goku's favor than the pre-Majin Vegeta and Goku gap, or the Vegeta and Gohan gap. Around 85-90% sounds fair.

Fat Boo was close enough to Goku's level of power that Goku was having a hard time beating Fat Boo.

This is Buu we talking about. Someone that has crazy reg and if you don't destroy every cell, he will come back as shown by Buu against Vegeta and Goku.

SSJ2 Goku is greater than SSj2 Gohan. 15-20% or even maybe 25% difference?

Goku while fighting Kid Buu, said now he can say he would have been able to destroy him.

There was no doubt in Goku's tone. I think 10% gap is too small, there might be good chance Buu will reg.

Kid Buu and SSj3 Goku was about equal. Kid Buu reg after Goku's KKH, and that blast rendered Goku back to his base shorty after.

The fight shows no feats for Goku that would indicate he would stomp, though, so he wouldn't have a huge lead like Gohan did on pre-zenkai Perfect Cell or anything.
