Since it's been so long since this section had a respect thread, I thought I might as well make one in SG's absence. I plan on doing a Respect Thread and Versus analysis on the Saint Seiya series in general, though this thread will serve as a decent draft in respecting the character that truly brought the series' scale of power into cosmic levels - Gemini Saga.
Introduction
Gemini Saga is a Gold Saint who served Athena and represented the constellation of Gemini in the Zodiac. Much like the dual nature of the constellation, however, Saga had split personalities; one of absolute good loved by all and considered a god incarnate, the other of selfish evil considered by many to be a Demon. When passed over as candidate for the next Pope of Sanctuary in favour of Sagittarius Aiolos due to the Pope Shion noticing his hidden evil, the evil side gained enough influence to manifest, killing Shion. Saga then impersonated him and would continue to do so for 13 years, his failed attempt to murder the infant Athena being pinned on Aiolos, thus bringing us to the events of the main series.
Part 1 - Power and Techniques
First, I'll talk about the techniques Saga is able to use through his Cosmo.
Like all Saints, Saga's attacks are based on breaking down and manipulating an opponent's atomic structure. This allows him to bypass durability to some extent for those without much of a defence against atomic manipulation.
As a Gold Saint, Saga has the basic requirements of one who uses the Seventh Sense, an instinctual understanding of the atomic nature of the universe akin to enlightenment. This allows one to move at least as fast as the speed of light as stated many times throughout the series. Also stated many times throughout the series is the Gold Saints being able to fight a peer of equal level of Cosmo for 1,000 days without rest. Based on events from The Lost Canvas, Seventh Sense users also have some resistance to time manipulation if their Cosmo rivals the user.

As for Saga's abilities in specific, his are some of the most powerful amongst the Gold Saints, and that's saying a lot.
Genro Maoken - This technique is a beam of light struck from his fingertip that alters the mind of those used against it for a variety of purposes.
The most common use of it is to force them to kill a target unwillingly and won't be released from it until one dies in front of them.
Alternatively, it can be used to mind control a person into believing a particular ideal. This was used against Capricorn Shura to convince him that the Pope (Saga) was true justice and serving the will of Athena.
This can only be effectively countered if the victim has already taken a mind control attack beforehand to build a slight immunity to such techniques, though doing so is still very difficult.
Another Dimension (renamed "Dimension of Exile" in the Viz translation) allows Saga to transport his opponent to another dimension outside of space-time for them to wander in forever, unless they either have a defence against spatial manipulation or Saga decides to simply teleport them somewhere else.
Galaxian Explosion is Saga's strongest technique and what truly brought the Saint Seiya series to a new level. Even a casual usage of it holds enough power to destroy the entirety of the Milky Way Galaxy.
Saga has been shown to be able to spam this technique fairly well, having used it three times in his battle against Seiya and Ikki, whilst his brother Kanon used it quite casually during the Poseidon and Hades Arcs. Based on that, Saga's power in general should be Galaxy level.
This is supported in Episode G, in which Shura referred to it as a galaxy being destroyed, and this Galaxian Explosion was being held back so that Saga wouldn't kill Shura.
A full power Galaxian Explosion is of far greater power, being compared to multiple galaxies being disintegrated in an Episode G guide.
This is also supported by Saga stating in Episode G that Aiolia's Photon Burst rivals his Galaxian Explosion and both are capable of destroying galaxies (plural).
Now, onto his actual power and feats.
Saga was the strongest of the Gold Saints part of his generation (apart from possibly Aiolos), as confirmed by Ikki in the sequel to the original manga, Next Dimension, when fighting Saga's predecessor of 200 years ago Gemini Cain.
The original manga also supports this with his feat of speedblitzing Aiolia and easily matching the strength of his Light Speed blows whilst not even wearing his Gemini Gold Cloth.
In the prequel, Episode G, this is expanded on even further with him blocking Capricorn Shura's Excalibur with one hand.
Granted, Shura was weakening due to the strain resisting Saga's previous use of Genro Maoken had caused, but this is still a very note worthy feat when Shura hadn't lost enough power to become aware of his own fatigue and even referred to himself as the strongest Gold Saint in the original manga (note that his memory of fighting Saga was erased by Saga using the Genro Maoken on him a second time).
The anime also expands on this further, with him not lacking confidence in potentially taking on Aires Mu, Taurus Aldebaran, Leo Aiolia and Scorpio Milo at once and reaffirming his own strength as absolute several times.
That concludes part 1. Will post part 2 soon.
