Genius of Aladdin (Free) vs Majin Vegeta SSJ?

[SIAD]

Genius says that being free and independent of the lamp, it does not have the same powers as before, but at least its powers are semi-cosmic and semi-phenomenal. Also the Genius (Free) easily achieved to turn the Planet Earth with a finger as if it were a simple ball, it could also be transformed into the Sun.

Potentially speaking, who is more powerful?
