I don't think Netero was considering his special attack when saying he couldn't probably beat Pitou, even though this latter is enough to easily beat Kaito and make Knov get older by simply showing his nen, which was even more impressive than Illumi's and Hisoka's according to Killua. Ging was said to be one of the top 5 nen users and is willing to go to the black continent, which was said to have creatures even more dangerous than Chimera.

We haven't seen much of Ging at this moment, but I'm going with him, since I don't think adult Gon should be able to take him out so easily as he did with Pitou.

Can go either way. Netero (not FP) > Ging and Netero (FP) > Pitou

I'd probably side with Pitou until Ging actually shows some feats. His Nen abilities seem purely power oriented, which based on scaling, should place him below Pitou in both Nen power and combat ability. Then again, Pitou found Kite to be a fairly challenging opponent, so either way, a fight between Ging and Pitou ought to be fairly even. I'd assume based on Dark Continent hype, Ging ought to have abilities that are at least Royal Guard level to combat the threats there, though that's just speculation for now.
