The Ginyu Force understand how powerful Goku is, and decide to team up in order to fight him. This is version of Goku is when he had arrival on Namek.

Round 1: Ginyu has body change, however Goku is aware of it.

Round 2: Ginyu doesn't have body change on hand.

Can Guldo paralyzed someone that is multiple stronger than him? If Frieza can't paralyzed God Toppo then I don't think Guldo can do it.

Round 1 - Ginyus win. Ginyu would have Gurd freeze Goku at an angle in which he'd be susceptible to the Body Change and catch him whilst Goku was in shock at what just happened.

Round 2 - Goku solos, since without another ability to compliment it, Time Freeze doesn't work well in terms of teamwork and Goku can oneshot all but Ginyu in base alone.
