This is Giran in the 21st Budokai. Who wins?

Gyumao... For no real reason. He managed to make Chi Chi a beast who got recognition from even Roshi, so I'd say he's at least above Giran.

Ox King was stated as Roshi's favourite student and that was not contradicted during Roshi vs Krillin, so...

I've probably made hundreds of lists, so one list doesn't mean much. I've always had them in the same general area and remember making them equals many times.

There shouldn't be all that much room between Roshi > Initial Goku and we know that Ox King >> Goku. So...

The Ox King scratched off Goku's attacks like a fly flew on him, and while I have Giran much stronger than BoDB Goku I don't think he was above him quite to that extent.
