I'd say Prime Moro alone should be on the peak of SSB tier and Pure Boo should already be above the Moro in the first match, so absorbing him alone is already going to solidly overpower most PSSB tiers. With them absorbed, even SSBE Vegeta will end up being stomped with about half a dozen of such characters absorbed. That said, Pure Boo solos.

As for the bonus match, I'd say Boo still stomps. Not only is the superiority of Super characters to GT ones pretty evident, but I wouldn't say Yi Xing Long's performance against the Genki-Dama says much when he was completely overwhelmed by it.
