Their first flaw is thinking Base/Super Vegetto is on par with SS4 Goku. At best, SS3 Vegetto is on par with SS4 Goku.

There's some points I agree with, though there's some that are obviously flawed, such as SSJ Vegetto > SS4 Goku. The Xenoverse part is alright, since whilst video games are a poor source in most cases, this is the only material that's tried to tackle this subject.

The part about the BoG Promotional material is flawed too though, since it only includes canon villains (Nappa/Vegeta, Freeza, Cell and Boo), not GT villains.

I don't agree with SSJ Vegetto >=< SSJ4 Goku because Baby Vegeta (who has Vegeta's memories) says he has the greatest power that any Saiyan has acquired and Goku says the same thing. In Battle of the Gods Goku is capable of gauging that fusion with Gogeta (more than likely Gogeta) wouldn't be enough to stop Byrrus so he should know how strong he was as Vegetto and the same should apply to Vegeta. Baby again says he has the greatest Saiyan power acquired so

Super Baby Vegeta > Super Vegetto (Although me personally I believe Base Baby Vegeta > Super Vegetto)

This where personal interpretation comes in. I don't think Vegetto can beat Baby period. I personally go with

SSJ4 Goku (Powered Up) > Oozaru Baby Vegeta >= Initial SSJ4 Goku > SSJ3 Vegetto > Super Baby Vegeta 2 > Super Baby Vegeta > SSJ2 Vegetto > Base Baby Vegeta > Super Vegetto = SSJ3 Goku.

When adding the Gods into the picture I like to put them both on par with a specific version of SSJ4 Goku.

SSJ4 Goku (Super 17) = Byrrus
SSJ4 Goku (Shadow Dragons) > or = Whiss

With me putting Whiss on that level I have both High Tier Gods VASTLY weaker than SSJ4 Gogeta who punked Omega Shenron so fast that he didn't know what was happening to him or couldn't even see along with us the audience even. Omega Shenron was tanking blows and slapping around 2 SSJ4's who were on the same level and SSJ4 Goku surpassed limits had no issues whatsoever with Syn Shenron when Round 2 came around and before then he was beating around SSJ4 Goku, one shotted a guy on his level, and tanked a KHH x10 at point blank range. So I don't think the Gods are all the hype people put them up to be. I don't see what makes them so special, I've seen people put them above everyone in the Z universe without any justification, because they're canon to the story or just because.

So I don't think the Gods make it far in GT. Byrrus can beat Baby, Whiss can beat Super 17 and a majority of the Shadow Dragons but that's about it.

Beerus is Syn Shenron level IMO.
