I think he clears gauntlet. Maybe Piccolo Daimao could give him trouble. But Kami is the first power in DB I think without question would beat him.

5 Smaugs should defeat him.

Smaug was the size of a small town.

Well i don't even think Godzilla is that big, and Godzilla dwarfs Smaug. I think 5 Smaugs would be interesting, but i'm not sure they could damage him.
