Broly got stronger in all forms by reaching SSJFP (Peak)?

I'm thinking of having:

Gogeta SSJB >>> Broly SSJFP (Peak) >>> Broly SSJFP >>>>>> Broly SSJ (Post Gogeta / Hypothetical) >>> Gogeta SSJ >= Broly SSJ (Peak).

Goku and Vegeta are afraid of fighting Broly, and they don't even know if he can still turn SSJ again. This means either Base or Ikari Broly >>> SSJB Goku and Vegeta.

I remember that you told me in Neoseeker that you believed that when Broly got stronger in his SSJFP form, he also did it in his lower forms, therefore Broly SSJ (Post Gogeta) should be stronger than Gogeta SSJ.
