I believe Oob has the advantage here. He is higher than Mr. Boo, in my opinion.

Oob > Innocent Boo >> Majin Vegeta > Kid Gohan

That works for me, so Gohan gets slaughtered, assuming there's no technicalities about Gohan just "being able to fly" or something that ruins the match like that.

If he's in Good Boo's tier, Gohan can easily end this with an amped KHH, assuming he can get one off. I don't think Oob can amp much if at all.
