I think Kefla is a lot weaker in the manga compare to her anime version who is perhaps surpassed Vegito and Zamasu as well. So Gohan loses badly here.

I don't recall him stating that. The only person who implied Goku > Gohan was Kuririn, and the context and accuracy are highly debatable.

In any case, that would just mean PSSB Galu > Ultimate Gohan, and the former is far above Base Vegetto.

Typo. wrote "Beerus" instead of "Kuririn" for some reason

And you're right. I forgot PSSJB is >> SSJB. Though it's arguable that PSSJB is much stronger than SSJB if at all/Base Vegetto is > Merged Zamasu.

I don't see how Base Vegetto > Merged Zamasu would be the case. After all, Zamasu said he could still definitely beat Vegetto in far less than an hour and Vegetto never contradicted him, nor tried testing him in base like in his anime fight with Boo despite Goku's trend of testing and comparing his opponent to himself.
