Gohan's PL against 2nd Form Freeza

Where do you have him? On the one hand, 1m Freeza was unscathed by the assault, which puts him at
700k-800k. On the other hand, Freeza powering up after than implies he was close to 1m.

Freeza powered-up because he wanted to "return the pain he received many times over", that just means he made himself so much more powerful that he could defeat the power that Gohan showed easily.

About 1 mil. Vegeta's reaction to Gohan's power and Freeza's need to power up suggest that he rivalled Freeza. As for Freeza not receiving much damage, the beatdown lasted a relatively short time, perhaps too short for any significant damage to be done, plus as far as durability goes on equal grounds, Freeza has presented himself to be perhaps the best character in the series due to the events surrounding Namek's Explosion.

Agreed with CC. Gohan likely rivaled Freeza's power and may have even surpassed it just by a bit based on the fact that Freeza's taken hits from attacks much more powerful than himself at the time (Genki Dama, SSJ Goku's blast) and lived to tell the tale.
