When he returned to fight 4th Form Freeza, where do you place him? Do you think that was 50%, 70% or
Initial 4th Form Freeza?

That could've been 80% Freeza and the fight would've been plausible in Toei world.

70% thats the highest he used without drain so its either between this or
Initial the lowest he went and it would make sense for him to let loose also it would be the closest to reality.

Initial at the very lowest, or 70% at the absolute highest. Even the high end wouldn't be too far-fetched if you take into account he got a 1.307x boost against Raditz, plus Freeza took a lot less time to get back to 100% than when he initially went into it.

I like to think that Frieza used his 50%.
