Gohan's power level

What was Gohan's power level on Saiyaman arc and post training for Budokai.

In between goku 7 years ago and vegeta 7 years later.
I doubt he got any stronger. A portion of his time was already used to train videl. At best his skills were ever so slightly polished.

Slightly weaker than CG Goku.

I prefer not making it more complicated and give Gohan the same PL pre and post training for Budokai.

Yeah, the training was likely to shake off rust, not to gain power.

He is a bit ahead of Cell Games SSJ Goku, but possibly a rivaling gap.
