I think Mr. Popo wins. I think he was several-folds above Piccolo-Daimao, and Young Goku.

My opinion, I think.

I'd say they're pretty close. Kami is far ahead of Popo, and considerably less so in human form, in which he's probably superior to this Goku at least. But since this Goku knows Popo's moves inside and out I'd give him the win more times than not.

What Kenshi said; I heve them exactly equals. I'd give this to Goku after a hard battle.

Goku needs to be at least 1.3x stronger than Tenshinhan due to how lightly he took him during the fight who's already well over Karin Water Goku. Mr. Popo doesn't need to be anymore than 1.6x stronger than Goku to defeat him as easily as he did.

Goku (vs Ten) = 28,000

Mr. Popo = 26,000

Tenshinhan = 21,000

Goku wins.
