No. Unlike Raditz, the Saibaiman won't let their guard down or hold back due to arrogance, plus they lack a specific weakness for the duo to exploit which was the only reason they managed anything against Raditz in the first place.

Wasn't saibaman holding back against tenshinhan? If so, i assume the duo could win if the saibaman gets arrogant or something

Like the others said, the Saibaman are aggressive unlike Raditz who was cocky which leads to his downfall.
