Goku Black kills Gowasu and takes the Time Ring. he uses it to go into what he thinks is the future. What he doesnt know is that the ring opens some sort of space time continium vortex thing and he ends up right smack dab in the middle of the naruto verse. He decides what the hell and begins to a reign of destruction of all the mortals called ninja. Does the Ninja world have enough firepower to contend with Goku Black. Or will they perish like you expect they would. Find out on the next episode of Dragonball Z! lol!

If Black isn't in the mood to play around and he decides to end things quickly, then he one-shots the Narutoverse before the ninja world acknowledges what hit 'em. If Black is in the mood to entertain himself for a while and decides to suppress himself considerably, then he'd likely be brought down by broken techniques that he can't counter, like Tsukuyomi & Ash Bones for example.
