Anything to do with his power is pure speculation, though considering I go by SSJ God Goku > SS4 Gogeta, I still find it unlikely that Beerus would lose.

Hmmm...I didn't consider that. My initial thoughts was before he trained, so I am forced to go that direction, although after the 100 years of training is really interesting.

Even SSJ4 Goku during the Shadow Dragons would stomp Byrrus imo. Base Goku after those 100 years is overkill

Depends on where you place Beerus at.

If Xenoverse holds any weight, then Beerus>=SSj4 Gogeta at the minimum. I personally go with Limits Surpassed SSj4 Goku>>=Beerus, but that's just me.

We also don't know how much training Goku got in during the 100 years. For all we know, Base EoGT Goku could be Yi Xing Long-tier and that's it. (I have EoGT Goku>SSj4 Gogeta myself).

So, either person could win in the extreme case.

After 100 years, wat.. I Have Surpassed Limits SSJ4 Goku at GT even above Beerus , his EoGT self would blink him out of existence
Before 100 years (end of Omega's fight) : Goku wins using a Spirit Bomb , but if not he loses in Base, oneshotted
