Goku no zenkai after Tambourine?

After eating the fish, he says "I'm at full power" in the Viz. is there any quote from the SC in this? Via implies he remained at the same level.

Goku probably knew how strong he would get after Tambourine's beating, hence why he said he's at full power.

Well like I said before it depends how you see Mutaito's power compared to 22nd Goku's power.

Except he is later stated to have gotten stronger, so we know. Goku didn't come out of the healing chamber and say "I'm full power now", he was marveling at his own strength. In the incident after eating the fish, there is nothing stating he got stronger.

I always found that funny. Vegeta seemed amused when Goku noted that he could now fight Jheese because he gained power after healing. I guess he just assumed Goku knew about it and never experienced it himself...

I think he only assumed Goku hit his limit (which he only convinced himself of because of anger at being surpassed by him), not that he's never received a zenkai before. Kuririn even confirmed Goku's zenkais just before he fought Zarbon the second time, after all.

But of course, the correct answer to all inconsistencies is

Doesn't he say "he's overcome his limits" right after Goku arrives to fight Freeza? If so, then I suppose that has to be the reason why he said what he said.

Yeah, he pretty much assumed Goku hit his limits at 90,000 or something. He also said 90,000 clearly surpassed Saiyan standards of power, so it isn't too unbelievable he'd think that.
