FP Cell is hugely stronger than CGs SSJ Goku and i don't give him great gains over the 7 years excluding his
new forms. Cell wins.

I don't have with Goku winning here, since he may have already passed MSSJ Gohan when in the same form. Plus the Base Saiyans are jacked up as hell in this arc.
