Well, 50% Freezer > Semi Cell is manga only, so surely Base Goku from movie 5 could've won against manga Freezer or movie 5 Freezer (if he had been there) but he surely wouldn't have been able to win against movie 5 Cell considering that neither him or Vegeta were FP SSJ there.

Cell has an easier fight against this Goku than he actually did in reality. Even if Goku's regular-state is somehow Freeza level.

If Goku is about 50x the power of 100% Freeza, he's still not enough to beat Perfect Cell, unless we go by Freezamite's approach. Zombies.

I have movie 5 Goku around Cell Games Vegeta if we're taking base Goku > Frieza seriously. If Goku was an FPSSJ this would be a very interesting fight, but since he isn't Cell destroys him.

Even assuming Base Goku > Freeza, SSJ Goku would be at Grade 2 Vegeta level. Cell one shots.
