Assume that Goku was fighting as a dead person, like he was against fat Boo.

If there is no strain on Goku then he will win. He fought on par with Pure Boo while using the most inefficient form possible. With no drain, he'd win after a tough fight.

Well, there was still strain for Goku when he fought while dead against fat Boo, just not as big as when he was fighting as a living person.

Was that only due to being on earth during his 24 hours?

I remember that Goku was still heavily sweating after using the form while on the lookout, to which Piccolo said something about it draining quickly. So, I think it's still kind of a burden to the body besides the time limit.

Yeah, Piccolo even asked if Goku was too tired i think.

@OP Goku wins. Even though he still has the strain, dead Goku is at least still able to maintain the form and should be able to create a Kamehameha big enough to atomize Boo.

Dead Goku is able to handle the strain of Super Saiyan 3 better than being in a living body, but if you put him in Otherworld then he'll wreck Kid Boo's shit.

Do you think that looking at those pages and what was written SSJ3's shitty stamina was that much of a detrimental factor to Goku not being able to beat Kid Boo? It seems to be more related to kid Boo's ability of quickly coming back and not tiring out, considering the SSJ3's stamina drain is just mentioned once Goku is losing chi instead of gathering enough power to wipe out Boo.

I think it's a bit of both. In terms of stamina, there's no denying Pure Boo is still leagues above a dead SS3 Goku and those pages do seem to suggest Goku's victory would only be secured through a full power attack rather than through maintaining his Ki. That said, I believe Goku would only win if he gets the time to charge up a Kamehameha capable of oblierating Boo, his safest bet to also utilise Taiyoken and Shunkan Ido for the right opening. With a rabid beast of an opponent like Boo being far different from the arrogance of Perfect Cell, however, I don't see Boo giving him such an opportunity to do so when Goku's performance hasn't reached the point where Boo feels the need to taunt him like in the above page, plus he could always use his Shunkan Ido to escape if he catches on to what Goku's doing.

Based solely on Goku's admittance of inferiority towards Super Boo, what if someone said Kid Boo isn't necessarily < Super Boo since Goku still wasn't a match to Kid Boo and only had a chance with Vegeta buying enough time?

He was shown to be a match for Pure Boo in all but stamina, whereas he outright denied any possibility he and Vegeta had of beating Evil Boo.

Well, if Goku could turn back time to before breaking Rou Kaioshin's Potaras, don't you think he'd have accpeted the earrings? And don't you think his statement to Vegeta would be applicable to the Kid Boo's battle? "We are no match for him".

He knew Super Boo was miles above by the get-go, but thought Pure Boo was worth the shot and only failed because of the stamina issues he was not aware of.

If Goku is going for the win, then yes he'll win.

Goku was totally confident he could pull of the win with this form, and given his short performance against Kid Boo before running out of power, I have no reason to doubt him. Galu wins. :galu
