SSJ2 Goku (M13) survived hits from a Hirudegarn that one-shotted a SSJ3 Gotenks that was substantially superior to Ultimate Gohan. With that said, SSJ3 Goku crushes Rilldo here.

True, SSj2 Goku > Ultimate Gohan, but even SSj3 Gotenks was stronger than Gohan in that movie. The movie seemed to reverse the standings somewhat.

I don't think Toei really thinks in terms of multipliers, either. I don't think SS3 Goku has to be 4x Gohan.

I consider Hirudegarn equal to Gohan-Boo, mainly because I like for each movie villain to line up with some manga villain.
