FP SS4 Goku most likely. Even though the 10x Kamehameha knocked Baby out, it still had a delayed effect and Rou-Dai Kaioshin was also attributing the forced nature of the Golden Oozaru transformation as stressing Baby prior to that. Meanwhile, FP SS4 Goku was able to easily best a fully rejuvenated Baby and negate his strongest attack when using his full power.
