Goku Vs Captain Ginyu

Can 90K Goku win against Captain Ginyu 120K? We never got to see the conclusion of their fight.

It's possible when Ginyu confirmed Goku had greater speed, though unlikely as Ginyu's confidence suggests he wasn't using the full effort of his strength. Goku would at least need a fully charged Kamehameha to make a direct hit to have much chance.

Without Kaio-Ken it’s going to be a very even fight. Ginyu is stronger, but Goku is faster and a much better fighter overall. Could go either way to be honest.

captain-ginyu can win easily

he might have been using a regular flying speed that he was used to fly at, so if he flying at like ~1k speed or something (just an example) then he could realise regardless that goku is faster because his default speed is faster

Definitely not. Even with superior speed, Goku's attacks aren't going to amount to much at such a disadvantage.

he still wasn't fighting at full-power tho i think

there were fighting kind-of evenly matched, in-fact vegeta said their powers were abt even & hoped they'd take each-other out or something. goku could have just been fast for his power-level. captain-ginyu was still confident in winning even when he said goku could probably raise his power up-to 85k.

Ginyu was still confident in winning, but he didn't give any indication that Goku's speed only surpassed his suppressed self. It also makes a lot of sense for Goku's speed in general to outmatch Ginyu's despite the power gap, given his gravity training helped make his body feel far lighter in general.

he asked himself whether goku was faster than him, yet goku also defeated burter (who captain-ginyu himself iirc called the fastest in the universe). like i said it could just mean is he faster than him on even (or so) levels or something like that, after-all he thought other than freeza he was the highest in the universe at that point & no-one could rival him, i think.
