What's the cap between Goku and Krillin at the 22 TB? Sometimes Goku looks like he's tooling with him. And other times Krillin seems to get in some legitimate shots. How would you place him if Goku is a 10?

Goku 22 TB: 10

Krillin 22 TB: ??

Do you mean the 22nd TB? If so, I'd place Kuririn at like a 4 or so. Goku was holding back a ton in their fight. For a comparison, even when Roshi wasn't fighting seriously, he still performed far better against Tenshinhan than Yamcha did, who is Kuririn's equal. Then when Goku unveils his match-level strength, everybody looks shocked, and Roshi thinks that he might have been surpassed (this is before he knew this wasn't Goku's full strength). Then Goku's true strength surpasses that by an even greater amount. Kuririn wouldn't last more than a second against a serious Goku.

Yeah, pretty much what Ryan has said.

Goku and Kuririn were initially more or less evenly matched, and the latter could even get some good shots in when making use of strategy, like temporarily blinding Goku when using his "Moon-head" and the Sun light. Then, upon seeing Kuririn could keep up rather well with his strength, Goku decided to show more of his powers and get a bit more seriously.

He then started to easily dominate Kuririn who, upon seeing he had no chance in a hand to hand combat, decided to exploit Goku's tail and then, when seeing that didn't work, decided to do the "look at that" trick. Goku then says such cheap tricks aren't fair and gets told everything is fair into a fight... Goku gives it for granted and showcases a speed that is so fast nobody but Tenshinhan could see him. He then lands consecutive shots with strength enough to throw Kuririn out of bounds. His strength when disqualifying Kuririn was such that Tenshinhan thought he would have an entertaining match, and even Kame-Sen'nin stated he might have been surpassed.

And then, moving onto Goku vs Tenshinhan, we learn that Goku had been holding back all the time, and only using his match level so he wouldn't kill his opponents. His battle level was even described by Tenshinhan as a "whole other level" or something like this. So, all in all, we'd have something like:

Kuririn : 4
Goku (initially) : 4
Goku (more serious) : 5
Goku (finishing Kuririn) : 7
Goku (full power) : 10

Goku's Match level is a whole tier below his true power, but it was still enough to fully blitz :Krillin and the others and beat him. Goku also used another two levels: One where Goku was barely above Kuririn and other were he dominated Kuririn, though not as bad as Tenshithands on Yamcha.

IMO:
Kuririn: 5
Goku (Initial): 5.4
~ Power up 1: 6
~ Power up 2 (FP Match Level): 10
~ Combat Level: 15

Even at the level goku was at when he wasn't serious with kuririn probably was enough to beat him easily. It's not like he forced goku to use more power or anything, he did so because kuririn admonished him for holding back.

After he ups his power, kuririn is a joke even before goku ups his speed and ends the fight.

I think the sequence implies Goku increased his effort level to have a comfortable lead over Kuririn. Even if making use of some strategies, Kuririn still seemed to be keeping up with Goku rather well. The "I'll never forgive if you hold back on me" came before their short scuffle. Then, after seeing Kuririn was really capable (Goku even said he was really enjoying the fight btw) Goku stated he wouldn show up even more power. I don't think it'd make much sense for Goku to increase his level merely because Kuririn stated for Goku to go all out since the beginning, considering even the level Goku was in later in which he soundly outclassed Kuririn was still far from his full power.

Aside from all the arguments already presented, there is also Tambourine (weaker than Goku) being stated to be many times stronger than Cymbal, yet Tambourine was surprised a human could defeat Cymbal after killing Kuririn. Goku described the Kaioken x2 as being a "many times" power up so I'd say the gap between Tambo and Cymbal to be two times:

With that being said, I think I will agree with Kuririn/Yamcha being 40% of Goku.

Those numbers look pretty smooth.

Goku was having fun while kuririn was stressed. That to me clearly represents a difference in strength even before goku uses the kamehameha punch.

Even before Kuririn got to use his strategies he was still keeping up rather well with Goku. Kuririn tried to kick Goku, who blocked his kick with his arm, albeit in a not effortless fashion. Kuririn tried to punch now, Goku blocked it with his arm, Goku then tried to kick Kuririn, who dodged -- albeit whilst also putting effort when doing so -- but then Kuririn got into a position he was rather open to be attacked. Goku, realizing such, punched Kuririn, who then recovered and realized Goku had kinda disappeared... Goku then suddenly appeared behind him and tried to kick him, who dodged, and then, they exchanged blows evenly right after, with Kuririn struggling to defend himself from Goku's attacks, but still succeeding in doing so. And then, they complimented each other.

I agree that Goku might have had the advantage, but still they were considerably close, there's no denying it imo. Goku has been shown as someone who finds fun in having an entertaining match, who likes to be challenged, so that could explain his carefree demeanor whilst fighting, whereas Kuririn really wished to win above all else. Goku also knew that he wasn't outmatched even at that level and that he had power to spare (which was exactly what Vegeta said in the Saiyans saga as a justification for Goku's carefree behavior against Nappa), whereas Kuririn knew he was there at the limits of his strength.
