Goku vs Tao Pai Pai round 2

How do you view the gap? I used to think this was pretty close, but aside from a couple of hits in the actual fight, Tao does absolute jack. Goku purposely took an onslaught of attacks without guarding and took no damage, although he did compliment Tao. I'm thinking 1.2x seems fair.
