GOKU vs VEGETA: Separate Teachers & Training

Here's another Goku vs Vegeta, equal power levels, equal Transformations access. Base, Kaioken, SuperSaiyan 1-3, SuperSaiyan God (RED & Blue) Ultra-Instinct.
BUT the only thing different is training.
Instead of both getting trained by Whis
Goku is trained by Lord Beerus for 3 years
Vegeta is trained by Whis for 2 years.

Who wins?

Goku would most likely win. Mastering the utilisation of Ultra Instinct would be far more difficult for Vegeta due to his constant overthinking during battle and his general gains from sparring with Whis would be limited as we're now aware Angels aren't allowed to seriously fight. Meanwhile, Goku has neither of such restrictions when training with Beerus and has already presented the ability to copy his Hakai in the manga, so utilising it in a way that it can offer massive but not fatal damage as Toppo did against Freeza would definitely be a game changer as well as the general gains Goku would make from sparring with Beerus.
