This fits perfectly. It goes with epilogue saying now we are back in present. Final-chapter was published in May 23, 1995. In May is Tenkaichi-Budokai too so that’s a good fit.

Goku is chronologically 45 going-on 46 in epilogue, thus he was born in 1949.

Gohan is born early 1969.

Trunks is born around November 1977 & Goten is born late 1978 or maybe early 1979.

Goku having children so early makes sense now.

Cell-saga & so-on being in late 70s makes sense. There were conspricacy-theories back-in 70s or maybe 60s that government had access time-travel & sci-fi with Star-Wars.

Trunks & Goten being children in 80s also makes sense. Age for Weekly-Shōnen-Jump.

Pan was born 1st half of 1991.

this fits why Goku had children so young & Goten & Trunks being 80s children just seems to make perfect sense l0l.

Modern DB-Super just adds modern technology to a time it doesn’t make sense in. Oh well, neither does time-travel.

I'm guessing it wasn't that young in the 80s, to have children in one's early 20s. Maybe a little young, but I'd guess nothing crazy. They're also country bumpkins.
