From what I'm aware, Golden Coola couldn't do a thing to Kanba whereas SSG Galu could put up a fight against him in the manga. Assuming the DBH manga follows the Super manga's history, Coola gets shown by his little brother that having the Gold doesn't mean you have the GAINZ. Even anime-wise, he was unable to kill a version of Goku little different from his SS2 self at the end of the FT Arc, so he's still going to look like a jabroni compared to Daddy's Little Princess.
