Equal powa levels. Goku is Boo arc in terms of techniques, he can't use Kaio Ken or Super Saiyan. The match takes place in Heavens Arena, both fighters are in character.

Goku stomps due to far more experience and variation in techniques. Shunkan Ido Kamehameha alone would be enough to take Gon out of commission and Goku's ability to fly would give him the advantage he needs to charge it.
