Bulbapedia is pretty good, as long as we're not talking about the forum. The moderation there is even more anal than PCZF.

The Bulbapedia Wiki is the only source you need, they have absolutely everything on Pokemon there.

I guess Serebii.net is a good second though.

Bulbapedia for general information and Smogon for battle strategies.
