If the Cell Games take place on May 26th Age 767 and the 25th TB takes place on May 7 Age 774, then how can Goten be 7 years old by the 25th TB if he was born after the Cell Games which is slightly under 7 years before the 25th TB?

Trunks should also be 7, unless he was already older than 1 year by the Android arc.

I would not deny either of these.

Toriyama-San is...rather forgetful to say the least, and I would probably forget something like that to be honest. Finding out your husband/significant other WOULD be a big shock that could lead to premature labor....but then again Goten had been conceived within 10 days by that point.
