Goten and Trunks' power levels

Time to discuss the kids's power level. Where do they stand at? I personally have them around ~C.G Goku, only a little lower. Goten himself was able to spar evenly with Gohan, something Super Saiyan Future Trunks was unable to accomplish when he sparred with BASE Future Gohan in Trunks: The Lone Warrior. There is also the fact Gohan was visibly sweating and he was forced into the air.

Now a comparison between the Future Trunks vs. Gohan spar and the Goten vs. Gohan spar.

Trunks: The Lone Warrior
~SSj Trunks is unable to land a successful blow on BASE Gohan, who is smiling and effortlessly blocking all his blows.

Vol 36, Chapter 233: Let the Training Begin!
~Goten is able to make Gohan use clear effort when he kicks him in the face. Gohan blocks it, but his expression clearly shows he's exerting effort.
~Goten is able to block a reflex kick from Gohan
~Goten is able to exchange blows evenly with a serious Gohan for a panel, before Gohan is forced to fly to block his attacks.

All this evidence shows the difference between a clear Non-Effort Spar(Base Future Gohan vs. SSj Future Trunks) and a Serious Spar(Gohan vs. Goten)

You mean 2 Android 18-tiers in a extremely hard to move suit. They didn't go SSj until the few last panels, where they scared the shit outta 18 with a suppressed ki blast. Also, she didn't win, not in a direct fight at least. She had to use a Kienzan on them and cut their suits open to disqualify them and win.

The Kienzan was implied to be capable of killing Nappa and Second Form Freeza, even though Kuririn was far weaker than the both of them.

Anyone that can't regen would be afraid of a kienzan. That technique is a poor choice to use to defend someone's strength. Takes little ki to make one and it's cutting power is insane.
