I've got Vegetto over 50x stronger than Baby Goten. I really can't see how he'd overcome that gap even if he trained until the SD arc.

He could perfectly have received a Zenkai Power after being hurt by Super # 17.

At least Majuub sees as a good option to merge or with Gohan or Trunks or Goten. Which suggests that Gotenoob SSJ is> Majuub.

The SSJ Multiplier in DBGT is heavily nerfed, the same goes for mergers.
