I give gotenks a ssj multiplier of 5x because again with piccolo questioning his speed it doesn't make sense for him to be that much stronger than ssj3 goku. I'm going with fusion dance for whatever reason lowering the multiplier. Anyway, base gotenks post rosat is where it's getting tricky. How much stronger than his pre rosat ssj form is he? 4x sound okay or is that too mu

I don't think Base Gotenks post needs to be 4x SS Gotenks pre, that seems overly excessive. Base Gotenks may have blow out Piccolo's expectations for SS Gotenks, but Piccolo didn't really expect Gotenks to make great gains to begin with. Even 2x is more than enough in my opinion. If you're looking for numbers:
