Gotenks Boo vs Tagoma/Ginyu

Buutenks probably has a slight edge in power; but if Ginyu-Tagoma could hold his own until the fusion wears off, I'd say the tables would turn and he would ultimately win. I feel the latter along with SSJ Gohan (RoF) sits somewhere between Ultimate Gohan and Super Buu.

Ultimate Gohan > / = SSJ Gohan > Ginyu-Tagoma > Super Buu > Tagoma > Kid Buu

Boo doesn't even need to absorb Gotenks to oneshot. Though I have no problems with using his feat of withstanding SSJ Gotenks' attack, equal to or slightly above SSJ Gotenks is the absolute max Ginyu Tagoma needs to be at.

How strong do you have Gohan FnF?

Gohan's SSJ seems to be treated like a bigger deal than Gotenks' arrival on the battlefield and he's treated as the most powerful among them even in base, so many have him far above his Boo arc self but below his Ultimate self

I wouldn't quite say Tagoma "withstood" that attack from Gotenks. He was definitely feeling that nut-shot.

For Gohan, even in the movie Freeza keeps his eye on him. That always gave me the idea that while he was below 1st Form Freeza, it wasn't so far away that he was a complete joke. Freeza takes the opportunity to cheap shot Gohan both times, so putting him as weaker than his Boo arc self, especially in base, doesn't fit for me.

Well, Tagoma was badly hurt, but Ginyu shook off the damage while he was beaten soundly by SSJ Gohan. Guess he shook off that damage as well soon, but by then he only had to face 3 weakened Earthlings and a tired Piccolo (+ two half-Saiyans who were told to stay out by gahan ).

People really undermine Dragonball Super whenever they get the chance. What if I challenge you with the head-butt Gotenks gave Super Boo? Does it mean that is the max Super Boo is at?

Absolutely not.
