Teen Baby is at best equal to Base Goten, yet his addition to Goten's power was enough to overpower a Gohan stronger than his Ultimate self with an explosion nowhere near as deadly as similar suicide attacks, so therefore a far lower amplifier (probably around 2-3x). Goten stomps with SSJ, but loses if he's limited to his base form most likely.

Goten wouldn't be limited to Base Form here. He can go SSJ all the way.
