Depends whether or not Cracker is affected by Hancock's DF. If so, he dies from getting hard in two ways 
If not, he stomps via far superior physical strength/Haki and his biscuit soldier spamming hax. Hancock's best feats are things comparable to what Post-TS Gear 2nd Luffy has done and Cracker has one of the most OP abilities we've seen in the series.
