Like for example six Magikarps?

I've never done that, I don't really see the point.

Oh and this question excludes pokemon that have multiple evos, like Clampearl, Tyrogue and Eevee for example.

Unless of course you left them unevolved for some reason. :giraffe

I dont think so, except times when I was hatching eggs and then evolving them.

Beyond maybe releasing a Pokemon for a one of similar level with a better abilities (eg. Releasing an Own Tempo Mudbray for a Stamina one in Ultra Sun), not really. It could make a fun challenge if wanting to spice a playthrough up, but such things tend to be time consuming and pretty pointless.
