Fresh I think they stomp. They are both quite worn out by the end of the tournament, hence why they can't do shit to Champa.

We don't know exactly how strong they are, but I kind of got the sense that SSJBx10 Goku might actually have a chance against Beerus, which would also explain the Omni-King's introduction to take Goku down a peg. Considering it was implied that Hit could have killed Goku if he'd been using his assassination techniques, it's possible that Hit alone has a chance against Champa. Both of them combined would destroy him.
