How close do you have South Kai to SSJ Adult Gohan? (Read OP first)

You have to go with 'no Kaioshin can pull out the sword' theory.

Much stronger because even if I adhere to this theory I can still argue that Gohan was destined to pull it out anyway.

Far stronger because Old Kaioshin actually said he expected a Kaioshin to free him, implying the Kaioshins had the potential to be as strong or above SSJ Gohan.

Elder Kaioshin: “Still…I thought the person who’d pull that sword out and release me would be some Kaioshin…To think that it would be an Earthling…It’s the end of the world!”

Though if Kaioshin's statement never existed at all and Kibito said "All Kaioshins" rather than "Numerous" then South Kaioshin would be as strong as SSJ Goku at best.

Many times weaker since a mere Kai should still be weaker than Nappa.

South Kaioshin, on the other hand, would still be many times stronger. Newer material has made SSJ Gohan > South Kaioshin even less likely when I doubt Beerus would be as incompetent as to make a seal a Kaioshin of any strength could break, especially when we now know Dai Kaioshin could make a sealing technique strong enough to seal someone immeasurably above Gohan and assuming he could use a sealing technique to counteract another isn't out of the question.

In between Base Gohan and SSJ Gohan. Kibito is very arrogant towards Gohan saying "don't worry. You won't be able to pull it out." Then as Base Gohan tries and fails, he arrogantly says "See?" as if he knew it wouldn't be enough power to pull out the sword. So going by this theory he'd probably be in between the two.

It still doesn't mean that a Kaioshin can't be stronger than SSJ Gohan if you assume the seal was made to stop a Kaioshin from releasing their ancestor.

Then you'll have to explain why would Boo absorb a Kaioshin who is weaker than SSjin Nerd Gohan. One could say that SK having a great techniques might be the caused of his absorption. With that out of the way, SK could be around from CG Vegeta to SSjin Nerd Gohan IMO.
