How Did People Send AT Fanmail?

I've always wondered this, as has mentioned fan mail and gifts in the past. Did he have a public address or P.O Box, or did people just track him down Taken Style?

Perhaps Shueisha set-up an adress for him or a section for each of their Mangakas, so they wouldn't get disturbed personally.
