How did the SHs find Sabaody?

Rayleigh, Mihawk, Dragon and Ivankov can arrange for Luffy, Zoro, Robin and Sanji. Brook was on a world tour anyway.
But Usopp was basically on an uninhabited island.
Chopper wasn't even in the Grand Line. Did he fly in?

Ah yeh they had Rayleigh's vivre card.

Apparently Heracles, the weather island bird and hancock were on Sabaody and protected the SHs when being attacked by marines, so they could set sail. Don't remember that.
