How do you explain Namek/Yardrat gap.

Did Goku get some zenkai after his fight against Freeza? Did he get involved into some unseen saga while on
Yardrat?

I don't think so. Goku wasn't THAT badly hurt. After his fight with Frieza I think him passing out after landing on Yardrat would come from fatigue more than injury. In his entire fight with Frieza he wasn't beaten down like Vegeta was by Reacoome or Zarbon. After either fight Vegeta was either unconscious or couldn't even get up while Goku was able to stand on his own 2 feet at least. If Goku was involved in some unseen event on Yardrat I'm sure he would've mentioned it.
