How do you feel about Synchro and XYZ cards?

Personally, I truly hate these cards and can't be bothered to learn how to play with them. They’re a big reason that I got out of Yugioh. I preferred when Fusion and Ritual monsters were used more. What do y'all think?

[Pyro]

I hate every new mechanic that the Konami idiots come up with to make more money. I used to hate Synchros, but I gave them a chance and actually sort of enjoyed them a tiny bit, although I thought the powercreep was too much even back then. I tried Xyz and didn't mind them, but I didn't find much fun or skill necessary to play them. If I had a choice, I'd go with Synchros, but I would rather both be eliminated from the game, or be restricted to a single format separate from main play.

I haven't even tried Pendulum and never will. That's too far for my pride.

I tried to learn a little bit about pendulum and link monsters and think it's utterly ridiculous... I think the game is just too convoluted to even be enjoyable anymore.
