How does a Saiyan's metabolism work?

We've seen Saiyans eat insane amounts of food, but where does all that food go? It can't fit all in their stomach. And if we assume they digest it at a crazy speed, shouldn't they poop while eating?

They use more of it. They can digest a greater % of the food.
They digest faster somehow. Maybe stronger stomach acid. You need to look up the limiting factors of human digestion or food/nutrient uptake and then work from there.

I can actually confirm this. Utilizing more of the ingested food is the correct answer. Saiyans did not have ultra processed food, so they can actually break down and convert the food into energy. Defecating only occurs when there is indigestible compounds and excess.

Hector, what does "insane" amounts of food mean, exactly? To the average human being, I probably eat an "insane" amount of food, and I'm not the only one. I've encountered others that can eat 6 lb of meat, or more, in a day as well.

Then, the average Saiyan is much more physically fit than the average human being. The efficiency of the metabolism just greatly compounds from that point onwards.

Ok Toriyama

And no, you're wrong. A human who eats more UPF will shit less lol. Because less fibre.

I'm taking abiut the digestive system. You're talking about the material being digested. We're talking different things.

I'm talking about how humans can't digest somw parts of food and don't have gut bacteria able to digest tje microbiota-accessible carbs, so more of it becomes waste, compared to if they have the capability to digest it or had the gut bacteria able to digest it.

He knows it's a quicker metabolism. He wants to know how so. What are tje biological mechanisms allowing this and to not be limited by stomach size and not be excreting way more.
